USA Obstacle Course Racing
USAOCR sanctioned means that that race planning and preparation meets the requirements established by USAOCR for medical, emergency, safety, obstacles, communication and volunteer support and will conduct the event according to the USAOCR Rules.
A USAOCR sanctioned event signifies that the race director has completed a thorough review of the course and obstacles, and has evaluated and planned for reasonable eventualities while preparing and directing the race. Among the materials submitted for USAOCR for review and approval are safety plans, course maps and event details. The process is designed so it can be adjusted for changes and effectively integrated as a planning tool for race directors.
The following documents and plans are submitted by the race director for review by USAOCR:

Post race documents must be postmarked to USAOCR within 15 business days of the event and include the following:
